The hotel environment is comfortable, and the surrounding area is elegant and quiet. The staff's attitude and service level are also very good.

Hidden amidst the mountains and waters, this hotel truly is a gentle haven I unexpectedly stumbled upon during my travels. Opening the window reveals a vast, misty expanse and lush green hills, enveloped in clouds and mist, like a natural ink wash painting. The wide-open, healing view instantly melts away all fatigue. The room decor is elegant and cozy, with abundant natural light, and it's spotlessly clean. Every detail shows thoughtful care. The bathtub by the window is an extra special touch; soaking in it, you're treated to an entire panorama of lake and mountain scenery. The steam blends with the landscape, creating a wonderfully relaxing and romantic experience. The bathroom is spacious, tidy, and feels luxurious, making for an excellent stay. Awakening in the morning, not only do you have the beautiful mountain and water views, but you might also encounter the hotel's lively and adorable little squirrels. They move about freely and are playfully nimble, adding a vibrant and wild charm to the tranquil natural setting, which is incredibly uplifting. The breakfast is simple yet exquisite, warming and comforting, and paired with the lake and mountain views, even an ordinary meal feels incredibly ceremonial. There's no hustle and bustle, just the mountains and water as companions, and squirrels as neighbors. It offers both natural wildness and refined quality, quiet and deeply healing. Slowing down here, watching the mountains and waters, and simply letting time flow by, is the most wonderful way to vacation. Whether it's the environment, the scenery, or the living experience, everything is impeccable. It's a treasured abode worth revisiting and truly recommending.

The room was spotless, and their service, especially their emergency response, was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and responsible with every guest. The best part was seeing real squirrels, they were so cute!

I spontaneously decided to travel during New Year's Day and blind-picked this hotel, and to my surprise, it was unexpectedly satisfying. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and warm. Even during the holidays, they thoughtfully arranged handicraft activities for children, freeing up parents. It's highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, and the amenities are truly first-class. They offer a convenient shuttle service to take you anywhere you need to go. What was an even more delightful surprise was that the hotel staff noticed it was our birthday and spontaneously presented us with an incredibly lavish afternoon tea! We even received a lovely parting gift upon checkout, and complimentary evening treats were provided. We couldn't have been happier!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the mini-bar was also free to use. Our butler was very responsive, and all the staff were warm and enthusiastic in their service. The facilities showed great attention to detail. They even gave us a lovely parting gift upon checkout.
