The cave-themed room had excellent soundproofing, and the large projector screen meant I could watch shows without disturbing anyone. It's only a 15-minute drive to Xixi Wetland, and very convenient for getting to the nearby mall. Being close to Hangzhou West Railway Station was great for catching high-speed trains without a rush. The brown sugar steamed cake and savory soy milk for breakfast really awakened my 'Jiangnan stomach'! The staff, both the young men and women, were super friendly and helpful – definitely recommend. The only downside was that the toilet had a bit of an odor, which could be improved, but everything else was fantastic.

This hotel is incredibly pet-friendly. We stayed with our two furry friends, and the staff were all super enthusiastic and welcoming, even playing with our dogs. During check-in, they thoughtfully provided a dog bed and bowls. We booked a courtyard king room, and the back door opened up to a huge garden, perfect for our pets to play in. The room facilities were excellent, and the榻榻米 bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. We'll definitely be staying here again if we have the chance!

I chose this hotel because I was in Hangzhou for a dog-related event with my little one. It's incredibly pet-friendly; there were so many dogs playing in the hotel garden. The lobby is clean and tidy, and the rooms are very spacious with excellent amenities. Falling asleep to the record player while watching a movie projected onto the screen was simply wonderful. The room even has a back door that leads directly to the courtyard, which is super convenient. Sitting in the courtyard in the afternoon, soaking up the sun, was just heavenly! The breakfast had a great variety, satisfying all our cravings. Highly recommend this place!

The staff, both male and female, were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Plus, they offer freshly ground coffee at the front desk. Highly recommend!

My stay at Xiyu Creek Hotel was very pleasant. The front desk staff were friendly and provided attentive, efficient service. The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was soft – I slept soundly all night. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again.

The location is fantastic, very close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The service is excellent; the front desk check-in was quick, and housekeeping responded promptly. The room was spotlessly clean, which was reassuring. The outdoor garden is a highlight, with lots of greenery and fresh air – it's really unique. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was very enthusiastic and always helped resolve any issues quickly. Highly recommended!
