The room really exceeded my expectations – very clean! The staff were all excellent and very enthusiastic. It's hard to believe a hotel costing just over a hundred yuan would provide disposable bath and hand towels. The transportation is also super convenient, with a subway station right next door and plenty of great food options nearby. All in all, it's incredible value for money and highly recommended!

An excellent hotel! Excellent location and convenient for getting around. Its right beside Zhejiang University Yuquan Campus ! The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the bedding is very soft. The staff are extremely friendly and always serve with a smile. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will definitely come back in the future.

First off, the hardware is excellent. All rooms have large windows with mountain views, and from the fifth-floor rooftop, you get beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings. You can also walk to a nearby mountain; it's not too high, just a fifteen-minute climb. The property is located within a scenic area, and public transport is incredibly convenient, with direct buses to all the West Lake attractions. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. The owner's service is superb! They upgraded us to a room with a tea area and gave us lots of delicious snacks, even sharing their own personal tea stash. The best part is that the owner also lives on-site, which gave us a real sense of home and belonging while traveling. If I'm lucky enough to visit West Lake again, I'll definitely stay here!

Convenient location, beautiful surroundings, great water pressure in the shower, excellent soundproofing, and friendly staff. It's only 300 meters from Wensan Road subway station and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, it's close to West Lake.

Excellent value for money, incredibly affordable. Both hygiene and service were top-notch. The surrounding amenities were comprehensive, and there wasn't a single unpleasant experience throughout my stay.

Traveling with family, the smart home facilities were very convenient. I suggest upgrading the sofa to a higher quality one, as it wobbles and moves when you sit on it, which doesn't feel up to a four-star standard. Also, the anti-slip grooves in the shower floor were a bit uncomfortable on the feet. It would be even better if there was a more prominent lobby and a clear sign at the entrance. The staff were enthusiastic and professional. For the elevator control, it should prioritize recognizing room cards. I recommend adding floor spotlights at the dedicated elevator entrance to prevent delivery personnel from mistakenly pressing the 3rd-floor button.

Had an amazing stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, which made a great impression. The room was also very clean. A nice touch was the hotel offering Tencent VIP for TV, plus live channels. The front desk even came up to help me set it up, and having someone available at the front desk late at night was truly thoughtful.
