The guest room elevators require a key card to access, and food deliveries are handled by robots, which really enhances the sense of security and privacy. There's also a communal laundry room equipped with washers and dryers! So you can wash your dirty clothes and wear them again right away. The room was clean and spacious, and a housekeeper tidied up every day, thoughtfully replenishing consumables like tissues. My luggage was never disturbed, and they even straightened out the doll I brought with me, haha! It features floor-to-ceiling windows with city views and automatic curtains. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the shower offers 24-hour hot water. There's also a full-length mirror in the room, perfect for adjusting your OOTD before heading out! The room also has a TV, and although I didn't watch it much, there were plenty of free channels to choose from.

This hotel was a random pick, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise at every turn! First off, I have to praise the soundproofing. Even though my room faced the street, it was incredibly quiet at night – a dream come true for light sleepers. For those driving, parking is a huge plus; you can park right when you arrive, no wasted time searching. I also easily took care of my dirty laundry from my business trip using the laundry room, and being able to wear clothes straight after drying was super convenient. Plus, invoicing was instant, and I even received a warm bottle of water when checking out. The entire experience, from check-in to departure, was incredibly smooth. I've already recommended it to my friends!

The lobby, as always, was quite spacious with bright decor, plenty of seating, computers, orange juice, tea, and popcorn. Overall, it was clean and hygienic, no doubt about it. It's located near Wulin Square, next to Guoda Plaza, Intime Department Store, and Kerry Centre. Taking a taxi to West Lake, Intime in77, and Xiaohe Straight Street are all within 20 minutes, truly a downtown location. Facilities: Although the room was small, it had everything I needed and was even more convenient than the 1200 yuan room I stayed in the night before. There was a small trash can on the bathroom counter, a window that could open a tiny crack (much needed for ventilation for southerners), a place to hang clothes, and smart switches (the screen lights up when something approaches in the dark, showing the buttons for easy operation). Points deducted for service: ① The male attendant who checked me in on the first day was completely indifferent throughout. No smiles, no extra words. It was just: 'I give ID, he hands me room card, asks which platform I booked on, hands me ID + room card.' That's it...? He could at least tell me if the room's elevator was to the left or right, right? ② The auntie making wontons at breakfast wasn't exactly enthusiastic, and when I asked for more soup, she just added a second ladle with a cold expression, without saying a word, and the soup was already overflowing. Plus, the bowl was incredibly hot and not insulated. Neither staff member had an overtly bad attitude, but as a service industry, there should be some warmth. This was quite a difference compared to other hotels I've stayed at. However, there were also excellent moments: a 'hello' from a cleaning auntie I passed in the hallway, the smiling face at the breakfast entrance, and a very enthusiastic front desk lady I encountered later. Overall, I still recommend staying here!

Out of the several cities we visited on our Chinese New Year road trip, this Hangzhou hotel definitely stood out as one of the best. I snapped a few quick photos before we left. The two 1.4-meter beds were perfect for our family of three, and the mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread offered a great variety, and every single staff member we encountered was warm and polite! The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient whether you're driving or taking the subway. We'll definitely choose this place first next time we visit Hangzhou!

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's really close to Wulin Square, which is the true heart of Hangzhou's city center. Shopping, dining, and just strolling around are all incredibly convenient. Yet, it's nestled in a relatively quiet alley, creating a wonderful atmosphere with plenty of charming and unique shops. Secondly, the room itself is huge – very spacious with great natural light, and the air conditioning/heating is powerful! The layout is well-thought-out, with a separate wet and dry area for the shower and sink, making it perfect for business travelers. Finally, the service is excellent, with breakfast, late-night snacks, and afternoon tea all provided, and the staff are very attentive. Highly recommended.

First off, regarding parking: I called ahead and was told a security guard would be waiting for us. I even provided our license plate number, car color, and model. When we arrived at the entrance, the guard just stared at us, then turned away. We thought it wasn't him. A security guard from the nearby recruitment office came over to shoo us away, and only then did our guard approach. He couldn't speak clearly. He could've just told us to park in the lot across from the children's hospital! Instead, he had us drive against traffic, then told us to drive around, and now we're not even sure if we'll get a ticket. Secondly, food delivery was a nightmare. First call: The front desk said they didn't see the delivery and that a robot would bring it up and call me back. No one ever called. Second call: The front desk said the delivery driver entered the wrong room number and delivered it to someone else. They claimed another guest hadn't taken it and that they would send it up to me. Third call: The front desk said they found the delivery. I asked them to bring it up quickly, and they said 'okay.' Fourth call: They told me it had been delivered, but then it came back down again. I want to praise the gentleman who eventually brought my food up to me. His service attitude was excellent. I understand it's a busy holiday period, but those four phone calls were all initiated by me, and not once did anyone ask if I had actually received my food.

The cleanliness exceeded my expectations; the floors, countertops, and other areas were meticulously cleaned, making the entire space feel fresh and spotless. The environment was elegant and comfortable, with simple yet tasteful decor. It was spacious, bright, quiet, and not at all noisy, making it perfect for relaxation. The facilities were new and comprehensive, more than sufficient for daily use, and well-maintained, so everything worked smoothly and reliably. The service was also very thoughtful. Overall, it was an excellent experience and a very satisfying choice. I will definitely prioritize staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Fengqi Road Metro Station, and within walking distance to West Lake Cultural Square. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they arranged a quiet floor and upgraded my room as requested, which I really appreciated! The room was fully equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning was warm and relatively quiet in winter. Thumbs up!👍

The room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed. The design was compact and efficient, which was nice. The location was excellent – right outside the subway station, with a FamilyMart, fruit stand, and noodle shop nearby. The Zhejiang Museum of Natural History and Science and Technology Museum are also right next door, making it a great spot for kids. Line 1 was super convenient, getting me to Hangzhou East Station, Wulin Square, and West Lake quickly. Taxis were fine, not too expensive, though sometimes I had to pay an extra 5 yuan when cars were scarce.

The room matched the online photos perfectly! The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and even offered me water when I was leaving. There's complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. It's about three kilometers from West Lake, and you can grab a shared bike right outside. There's also a subway station right by the entrance! You won't be disappointed booking here.
