The service was excellent, and I loved the hotel's style. The facilities were comprehensive, and the lobby was spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. All the hotel staff were proactive in greeting guests. I even got to try their limited edition, freshly made beef pies from the kitchen, which were absolutely delicious!

Hong Kong people stay on business trips, quiet and busy near the hotel, shopping malls, massage shopping. Late check-out due to working hours is required, very friendly and powerful. I left the headset when I left, and the cleaning aunt was very honest and reported it to the front desk. The front desk also sent me back to Hong Kong, and this service attitude made me very satisfied. The service staff is very attentive, the environment is clean and tidy, the accommodation experience is very good, will choose next time! 

The hotel is strategically located, close to the subway station and conveniently located. The rooms are clean and bright, with advanced facilities and leisure tea sets. It is the best choice for business travel and leisure vacation! Manager Zhu and Cici have good service and strong handling ability! Thumbs up! !

I was very pleased that the front desk gave me a free room upgrade upon check-in. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower stall was quite spacious. The bed was also very comfortable. You could control the TV, air conditioning, and curtains just by calling out to Xiao Du (smart assistant). The toilet design wasn't very practical; it would flush as soon as you sat down, and then when you flushed after using it, the water was so powerful it splashed onto my thighs. Also, unlike other Meihao Lizhi locations, there was no afternoon tea or late-night noodles. The soundproofing wasn't very good either.

The hotel is quiet and has a wonderful environment. I'll stay here again! I highly recommend it! This stay was absolutely perfect and deserves a five-star rating! The room was nice, and I was satisfied with my stay. They even gave me welcome fruit. The breakfast restaurant was small, but the food was delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a bit of a pity that I didn't get to try on Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) since it was too hot and I was too lazy to bother, haha. It's a modern Chinese-style hotel that's suitable for young people.

The room hygiene has always satisfied me. There is no odor when entering the room. Generally, there is sugar in the tea bag cans when staying in the All Seasons, but there was no sugar this time (maybe the customs of hotels in different places are different). Knowing that I was alone, they upgraded my room type when checking in. Thumbs up O The bed is really a different experience The only regret may be that I feel that there is a little less in the morning. I didn’t ask for it specifically. The taste is not very much to my taste (maybe it’s personal reasons) Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again if I have a chance

I initial stayed in a room that is directly under the restaurant hence noise from early morning. The helpful staffs changed me to a room that unfortunately has a bad smell from the toilets. I finally stayed in a proper room. Breakfast was good and staffs were friendly and helpful.

I stayed here recently and honestly? I loved it. First of all, it’s super easy to find and just about a 10-minute ride from Hangzhou West Railway Station if you take DiDi. If you’re arriving by train like I was, it’s pretty convenient. As soon as I entered, the whole place smelled so clean and fresh. It gave off that “you can finally relax now” vibe. Very inviting. I was also pleasantly surprised that it’s foreigner-friendly—just had to register, no deposit needed. Smooth check-in, no hassle. Now let’s talk about the room. I picked the one with a bathtub and city view—slightly pricier than the standard ones but 100% worth it. The room was spotless, the view was chef’s kiss, and I honestly felt like royalty the entire time. Everything was so comfy. Even the toiletries, which I usually don’t even notice, were complete, fresh, and came in their own little wraps and bottles. It’s the little things. What I also appreciated? The room looked exactly like what was shown online. No catfishing here. What you see is what you get. Oh, and shoutout to their doorman machine—it made it super easy to get my food deliveries without having to come down every time I got hungry. That alone made my life so much easier. All in all, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay. I’d definitely book here again.
