I stayed in room 203 (pictured). The location is excellent. The bus stop from Pingfeng Subway Station Exit B is either 1436m or 4136m away, and it's only two or three stops away. It's right by the main gate. There are many universities nearby, and right outside is a snack street that's open until after 1 a.m. The food is affordable and filling. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money.

It was a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, with a subway station and the MixC nearby. The hotel is also very nice, the cleanest esports hotel I've ever stayed in, with no cigarette smell. The service was excellent, with robot food delivery and a shared laundry room. On check-out day, we had a problem with the dryer, so we were able to check out later, which was a great bonus. The computer was also very smooth, and I played almost all my games without any problems. If there was one minor flaw, it would have been a small refrigerator in the room.

AAnonymous UserMy recent trip to Hangzhou led me to the Mercure Hangzhou West Lake Fengqi Road, and my stay far exceeded expectations – it's definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Hangzhou, whether for leisure or business! The hotel's location is absolutely superb, situated in the heart of Fengqi Road in Gongshu District. It's just a 3-minute walk to Jianguo North Road Metro Station, and the Suoxiang bus stop is right outside. This makes it incredibly convenient to get to West Lake Scenic Area, Wulin Commercial District, or the Provincial Children's Hospital. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, so you don't have to worry about planning your commutes at all.
As a brand under the Accor Group, the hotel beautifully blends French elegance with local Hangzhou charm. The warm yellow lighting in the lobby, paired with comfortable booth seating, immediately creates a relaxing vibe as soon as you step in. The guest rooms are simple yet tastefully decorated, with down pillows and soft bedding that instantly soothe you after a long day. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, the hot water was plentiful, the air conditioning was powerful, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep.
Whether it's the location, the facilities, or the attention to service details, this hotel is simply flawless and offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou, and I've already recommended it to friends planning to come. It truly is a worthwhile choice!

__WeChat41221****My expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

The environment was also very good, no dirt anywhere, and the cleaning staff tidied up daily (they'd ask first or wait for the 'please clean' sign). Soundproofing was surprisingly good too. Being right by the road, I expected some traffic noise, but I didn't hear a thing at night and slept very soundly, hehe. Lastly, the lovely ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were all wonderful, with super friendly attitudes! ｡:.ﾟヽ(*´∀`)ﾉﾟ.:｡

WWulongaihechaMy family and I visited Xixi Wetland during the National Day holiday and stayed in Room 19 of the 'Hushu Guest House.' The 60-square-meter room was spacious and airy, perfect for three people. The decor was a charming Chinese retro style, and the garden landscape was beautiful and serene. Overall, the stay was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
🏠 **Indoor Environment:** The room featured an entryway for shoes, a bathroom, a sitting area, a bedroom, and a private outdoor terrace. I loved being able to see the lake directly from the bed – very relaxing. A nighttime soak in the tub was wonderful, with a lovely view outside the window.
💁 **Service:** The butler and all staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. There was a dedicated shuttle service from the North Gate of the wetland. After check-in, the butler thoughtfully explained the hotel's garden design and surroundings, then guided us to our room and detailed its layout. We received complimentary welcome fruit and evening service, and the entire room smelled fragrant and fresh. We also participated in a craft class with an instructor, which was a great experience.
🍃 **Outdoor Environment:** The winding paths were secluded and picturesque. All guest room areas could be accessed via a single loop, so there was no getting lost, and along the way, we experienced various scenic views. The air was fresh, there was abundant greenery, and it was very quiet – even the elderly enjoyed it.
📪 **Minor Drawbacks:** Unfortunately, the complimentary photoshoot service we were offered fell through as the collaborating photographer bailed, so we didn't get to experience that. Also, we forgot to claim the complimentary drinks at the bar.

TTangtangDonnaThis weekend, I booked a package through Ctrip, and the hotel upgraded us to a suite with two large beds. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is located in a wetland conservation area, which is very quiet and well-preserved ecologically. Standing on the balcony, I saw little squirrels scurrying across the roof and various birds chirping. The breakfast was very extensive, and the Chinese cuisine showcased the chef's excellent skills. The hotel's service was fantastic; they were very responsive to all our requests. The hotel also offers rowboats for guests to explore Xixi Wetland, as well as travel photography services. All in all, our two-night, three-day stay was very fulfilling. I highly recommend experiencing it. I forgot my charger when I left, and the hotel promptly contacted us to mail it back. Thank you! 🙏

There are Tremella soup and tea eggs for midnight snacks in the evening. Parking is convenient. The surrounding subway is not very convenient. There is a villa garden next to it where you can take a walk and drink tea and coffee.

__WeChat54958****Before arriving, I read quite a few reviews and honestly had some concerns. I had initially planned to book two rooms, but due to a mix-up and booking late, I only managed to secure one. With a 'what-the-heck' attitude, I called, and Ms. Shao Linfang from the reservations department answered. She said she'd help me confirm. Although I couldn't get the second room, she was incredibly responsive, upgraded my existing room, and even arranged for a fruit platter. She also proactively asked if I needed children's amenities, which were prepared and ready in the room, along with a mini-bar. It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel; the overall service standard is consistently excellent. Crucially, the hotel's location is superb. Wulin Night Market is right downstairs, and West Lake is just a 10-minute walk away. This was incredibly convenient, especially when West Lake's traffic restrictions made it impossible to get a taxi. The buffet breakfast also offered a good variety. I was very satisfied with the accommodation on this trip. A special thanks to Ms. Shao!

The exterior of the hotel looks five stars, but the interior is dated and some features are falling apart. I stayed in a single room. It was small and dingy; there were only two lights that pointed directly towards the bed, but no lights in the rest of the room. And no fridge in the room. The hotel has passed its glory day.

The hotel's cleanliness was meticulous; the bed sheets and duvet covers in the room were spotless and odorless, and there were no water stains or hidden corners in the bathroom, making my stay feel incredibly reassuring. The front desk service was very efficient, check-in was smooth the whole way through, and they even offered to help with my luggage. Any requests were handled promptly. The room facilities worked perfectly, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is an even bigger bonus; it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend!
