My husband and I stayed in Henry's Room at The Belvedere Inn, and we have nothing but compliments. From the bed (divine King), to the kitchen (functional and adorable), to the common area, to our bathroom (the shower is breathtaking), we were nothing but impressed. Pat and Bob are delightful hosts, and Pat makes a different delicious breakfast every morning. She was also grinding the coffee beans right before making us a pot, which was just one of all the little extras we experienced. We had quite the architectural history lesson from Bob, and they never ran out of recommendations for food, drink, or fun. The last thing I'll say, is that in my 48 years, I've never had the pleasure of staying somewhere that was so clean. Clean without the smell of bleach. Clean as in white baseboards glove-test clean. Floor register clean. It was immaculate, and just a lovely place all around. I hope they'll have us back!

We were a group of four friends traveling together for a girls week - and staying at The Belvedere was perfect! Pat put us in the Scoundrels Inn next to the main house. We had two super comfortable King sized beds, a small kitchen and a living room to swap stories, snack, and laugh. Breakfast each morning was at 9, and straight from the kitchen delicious! Our host shared the history of the house and town - and is a great story teller. Thank you, Belvedere Inn, for helping us to make more fun memories!

My husband and I chose this as our honeymoon destination. Pat and Bob make you feel like family and that you are home for a holiday. They are so welcoming and very interested to know more about you and get to know you. Their dogs are sweet fur babies and adorable. The home is beautiful and gorgeous. The items they have filled their house with are treasures and nostalgic. The rooms are equipped perfectly and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The details they have done and time they have taken to make those rooms perfect is phenomenal and amazing. The house is nestled on a street with other beautiful homes only 3 blocks from downtown Hannibal. The area is quiet and pleasing while you sit on the porch and enjoy the atmosphere. Lastly the food that Pat makes and serves is top notch and competition chef worthy. You cannot go wrong staying here as it is the best value for the experience.

Pat and Bob are great hosts, as genuine as they come. My room was just like being at home. It was clean and very neat, something that my health requires. Judging from the amenities it is obvious that they skimp on nothing. I will use this as my go-to halfway point to Minnesota from now on. Keep up the great work! Thanks for your hospitality!

Bob & Pat have done a beautiful job restoring this home to a bed & breakfast. Located in a historic neighborhood not far from the historic downtown of Hannibal (which is quite charming). This walkable area was perfect for our quick 24 hour stay & felt very safe to be out in the evening. Our hosts Bob & Pat were enjoyable to talk with and full of information & stories. I am so glad we chose to stay at this Bed & Breakfast and will highly recommend it as a stop over if you're in Hannibal.

When we arrived at the Belvedere Inn we were greeted by a young lady that took us to our room. The room was clean and attractive and there was a cute little sunny sitting area as well. Everything was in tip top order and squeaky clean. It was close to downtown so we could walk to the different areas and eateries. Pat gave us ideas of different things we might like to take in. We did some shopping, visited Mark Twain home, did the trolly ride and took the dinner cruise on the Mark Twain. The breakfasts were very nice and made from scratch deliciousness. We would recommend the Belvedere Inn as it was the nicest B&B that we have ever stayed.

10/10 will be going back My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Garden House B&B. Chris was very communicative for our check in and gave us a lot of the history of the house as well as tips for the area. That was particularly helpful as we'd never been to Hannibal. The house was very clean, the semi private bathroom was in great condition, the bed was so comfy and we were even given bathrobes! We had breakfast 2 days and Chris is a wonderful cook. We hardly used the car as most of downtown Hannibal is just a few blocks away. They are very up front that the house is home to a couple cats, one of which was our little shadow for the weekend. They are very sweet and caused us no issues, but it's something to be aware of. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!
