Ideal location at the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. The hotel is not on the main road, which makes the rooms more peaceful for resting. There are a lot of cafes and food places nearby, with attractions just 15-20 minutes walk away.
We booked a triple room for our last night in Hanoi, and the room was cozy and clean. Special thank you to Anna and Peter, who were very helpful and attentive during our stay. Will definitely love to stay here again for our next trip!

Location is good place that you can walk around for food, souvenirs and night market. I like how friendly and helpful front desk girl.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very near everything. Quieter than other hotels I stayed in despite being in the center of it all. Love that they have free water at the lobby :)

We had a one night at this hotel before our flight the next morning. We booked a car with the hotel to the airport for 350K, which was very convenient.
The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, a friend of mine injured her foot so the receptionist navigated us to the nearest doctor’s office.
A lot of places to eat and go shopping in the area.

Looking for a budget hotel? This place is fine, but the reviews being so highly rated really deceived me. The staff truly is amazing; however, the cleanliness bothered me. The dirt on the sheets, stained walls, etc. Great place for maybe a night or two. I wouldn’t make it a base for more than that.
Also side note but my own fault, most of the rooms do not have windows that open to air. There is a window, but it directly faces a wall 12inches away.

The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. My main issue was with the facilities. While they were clean, they seemed a bit dated and worn out. For instance, the air conditioning was loud, and the room felt a bit small. Other than that, I had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back if the facilities were upgraded in the future.

I booked the hotel 15 days ago.
I had already paid the money.
When I got to the hotel, they didn't give me a room.
The room I booked was given to another customer, even though I had already paid all the money.
Another thing is that the travel package was also five star and charged a lot of money. It wasn't a very good package.
The hotel was just a scam. There was no good service at all.Guys, check the reviews on Google for once, this hotel is very badI would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
Anyway, the staff there was nice.......
