Home is clean and safe, with shutters closed every night. Laundry services provided every morning and room is clean and tidy. Most importantly, neighbourhood is safe and secure, with many nearby shops and restaurants to eat within walking distance.

我在tirp上定的房間，我到了訂的酒店，説房間滿了讓我去了另一家酒店入住;我的房卡很快就拿到了。我朋友在安可達訂的線下付款，扯了一個多小時沒扯清。我朋友最後選擇不住了，那個前台過來動手搶我的房卡。素質很低，注意！！

一週間程度滞在しました。場所は、日本人街リンラン通り横なので、買い物食事は非常に便利です。
入口はシャッターで閉まっている為、最初に鍵を受け取るまでが若干難度有りです。
私は、事前に担当者のLineを得られたのですんなりチェックイン出来ました、担当者のLeoさんの対応は非常に良かった。
事前連絡無しでチェックインする場合は、シャッター横のインターンホンで呼び出すか電話番号が記載されているのでそれで対応（但しベトナム語にて、英語も通じる？）
部屋の広さは十分でシャワーのお湯も問題無し、食器類も一通りあります。
部屋の中に洗濯機及び乾燥機はなく、清掃担当の方が1日置きで洗濯をしてくれます、チェックアウト前日夜は洗濯はあきらめていたのですが
清掃担当の方が対応してくださり、翌日朝一に届けていただきました。
個人的には自分で洗濯をしたいので、施設は4といたします。

1:酒店的接待處不是在門臉的二樓，而是在招牌下面負1樓的停車場裏面……
2:接待處沒有電腦系統，都是拿筆記本和筆和手工記錄…
3:洗臉盆的下水壞了，明明平台上面顯示還有空房，但就是不給你換房，退款也不同意，從跟平台反饋到把下水修好，足足花了兩個小時，這期間你就衹能在房間裏等着他們修…
4:洗手間的位置明明足夠大，但是沖涼房的玻璃門非得朝裏開，你得進去很小心的轉身才能避免被撞到…
5:熱水温度非常的難調…不是一邊熱水一邊冷水 ，而是在冷水方向最末轉回來三分之一就是熱水了，稍微不注意就容易被燙傷。
6:明明入住的時候已經登記了護照訊息，晚上11:00都睡到半夢半醒了，忽然拍門説還要登記護照訊息……
7:住的地方不是在酒店門臉的那棟樓，而是在他隔壁一棟，給你一個捲簾門的遙控鑰匙和房間的鑰匙，每次進出房間你還先得把卷簾門拉上去再給他拉下來，然後房間也沒有門卡，就是普通的鑰匙…進了房間之後門也是不能夠自動閉合的，還得手動反鎖…出門也必須得用鑰匙反鎖，門是不能夠自己關的…
8:床有小小問題，其中幾個部位一坐上去整個床都異響……當時一屁股坐下去那床一響，整個人都被嚇一跳，和工作人員反饋他們當沒聽到！！
9:修下水的時候工作人員直接用廚房裡的不銹鋼湯鍋用來接廢水……如果看到他這裡有廚房用具想用的話，就自己掂量掂量吧。
優點：房間大，價錢便宜，走幾步就是日本街。
