Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was clean, spacious, and very convenient. It has two separate rooms, there’s also a TV, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The washing machine was a huge plus — super useful for travellers staying multiple nights. Everything worked well, and the space felt comfortable and homey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a practical and cozy stay!

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We booked a "garden room," but it turned out to be an abandoned wooden hut with dirty clothes scattered around — definitely not what was advertised.
The room was infested with ants and cockroaches, and the air conditioner kept breaking down. Staff were unprofessional, watching movies during work hours, and we were even overcharged for items we never used.
To make things worse, when we checked out in the morning, the hotel floor was flooded with water. Overall, an absolutely awful experience. I strongly advise against staying here.
The only good thing is their breakfast is beyond expectations. If not we would ask for a refund for such a terrible experience.

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk to West Lake, close to the mall, and surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and cozy cafés. It makes it so easy to explore and relax at the same time. The breakfast was also tasty with a good variety. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay and I’ll definitely come back here again whenever I visit Hanoi.

The power in the room kept going out more than 7 times, and it wasn't until the afternoon that I was informed and assisted with changing hotels. However, the new room was not very clean and there were some items left behind, which made it impossible for me to sleep all night.

The front desk staff of the hotel is friendly and can communicate in English. If you need any service, you can directly tell the staff.
The room number 101 we stayed in this time is spacious, elegant and clean. There is a simple kitchen inside, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas.
And when the door is closed, it is completely isolated from the outside noise and very quiet.
The breakfast is buffet style, and there is also rice noodles that can be ordered separately, which is very delicious.
Thank you very much to the hotel staff for providing a good accommodation environment for my husband and me
