Hotel location is great as it is surrounded by all things you probably went to Hanoi for (food, coffee, beer, sightseeing, shopping, etc.). The only con is that it can be a little loud at night since it is in the Beer Street area. Breakfast is good and indoor pool is also ok. Room size is on the bigger side but slightly outdated. Nonetheless, it is good enough for the price. The best of all would probably be the hotel staff — very acommodating and know how to go the extra mile.

We traveled from Sapa in late evening.but the staff were so kind and smile.
The room was neat and clean.
We also enjoyed breakfast in the following morning.

A great hotel in a great location. Lots of great drinks and dinner spots nearby. They also organise tours at competitive rates (Ninh Bình is worth checking out) and airport pick ups / drop offs were cheaper than other hotels. And do yourself a favour and go to Cafe Giảng to try their egg coffee.

Location is good in the centre of Old Quarter. Unfortunately very noisy at night. Our room had a door to adjoining room so very noisy/inebriated neighbours at 1:30am was not great.

Pretty hotel right in the heart of Hanoi. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kim at the travel desk was an amazing lady. She helped arrange transport and book tickets to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. She is very knowledgeable and can suggest amazing local places and delicacies.

The hotel is smack right in the stretch of the Beer street and only 5 to 10mins walk away from the weekend night market. There are few spas around it, making it super convenient to get the pamper you need. The room are decently clean and breakfast spread is good. I would have given 5 stars for the stay if not for the issue with hot water 4 out of 5 nights I was staying there. Of course, the staff was very helpful and got it fixed each time I've reported issue with hot shower. I feel the hot water issue can be treated with a permanent solution than a one time off fix. Otherwise, patrons need to call for the staff every night.
Lastly, staff was super friendly and helpful. They would try their best to help you with your queries which I think is valuable effort ont their part.

Located in fantastic street with loads of food. Noise can be N issue but ear plugs are provided. Breakfast is ok. Just to kick start the morning with enough energy to start the day

Location location location. Boutique hotel located in the heart of the old city. Everything is within walking distance or rickshaw ride. The service was extraordinary and will stay there again next time I’m in Hanoi.
