This is truly a hidden gem in Hanoi. The host is nothing but hospitable and friendly. I received a lot of help during the check in. The room is nice and lovably decorated too. Very accessible to spots around. I highly recommend the place.

Highly recommend this homestay. The hosts are very helpful. The place is walking distance to PH embassy and Uniqlo. I had a very comfortable stay here. It’s very clean and quiet with complete toiletries. Also my favorite is the shower.

I booked this hotel for my girlfriend and when she arrived the place had not been clean. There was hair on the toilet, glass and mirrors not cleaned, dusty shelves and even hair in the bed. Im not sure if the staff used that room to sleep or rest in but my girlfriend was crying with how dirty it was. We tried to contact the staff to have the area cleaned but the response was that they would do it tomorrow, they tried to move us to another room but that one was just as bad. I applied for a refund as she didnt sleep there but was unsuccessful. I have no comments of the rest of the hotel as she didnt stay a single night. She said it was the dirtiest place she ever stayed at.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials in place. What really stood out was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire homestay—it felt fresh and inviting from the moment I walked in. Another delightful touch was the complimentary snacks available, which made me feel right at home after a long day exploring Hanoi. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to major attractions in the Old Quarter.

absolutely a great place to stay in Hanoi. the host is so helpful and kind, the whole building is so new and clean. it gives a total Vietnamese local living lifestyle because you have to take off your shoes before you get in the house. i'll definitely choose here again when the next time i back to Hanoi. ♥️
