Great Hotel. Definitely recommended. Our room was accurate to the pictures. My only disappointment, was the water not getting the right amount of heat, to enjoy a bath. Instead, I had to resort to showering

Nice hotel
We chose the apartment one.
We arrived very late (or very early) : 7am and we didn’t get trouble
We also had (by our request) free checkout for this reason.
The apartment got two bathrooms and a huge fully equipped kitchen (useful if you like to cook).
Swimming pool is small and the massage was not as good as expected.
Breakfast has a huge and various choices

Good price for quality and service.
Rooms are big. Nice pool and gym.
Good massage package (20% discount and 15 minutes for free).
Wi-Fi rather weak. Hotel located a bit far from center in a loud street (but good location if you aim for stadium)

Wow! It’s was a whole apartment inside of the hotel which is very well preserved. The view from the hotel was amazing and the breakfast had been great.

Great trip. Near to lake. I lived here to watch the competition in Tay ho stadium. Great massage. Food is decent. Price is good. Recommend!

Slightly further away from the main areas, but absolutely amazing, friendly staff and beautiful serviced apartment! Would recommend if you wanted a few nights of luxury living in Hanoi.

The accommodation was spacious, which was great.
It was convenient to have a refrigerator and a washing machine, and the inverter made cooking possible.
The staff were friendly, and I liked that it was close to Lotte and Vincom Plaza.
