★★★★★ 2 Days of Pure Comfort in the Heart of Hanoi – Will Be Back! Stayed here for 2 nights and was blown away by how much we could fit in, thanks to the hotel’s perfect location and incredible people. From check-in, the staff were warm and efficient – but I have to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Moon and Ma'am Gina they are are polite and help us in our entire stay. Our Triple room with city view was immaculate – soundproof windows kept the street buzz out, the bed was plush, and the rainfall shower was divine with high-end toiletries. Free WiFi was fast enough for video calls. The breakfast buffet was a highlight – fresh fruits, crispy pastries, and Vietnamese coffee. The whole staff would stop by our table to ask how we were doing, making us feel so welcome and cared for. Location-wise, it’s in Ba Dinh district – short rides to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Old Quarter. The hotel felt like a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring. Mrs. Moon, Ma'am Gina, and the entire Hanoi Grandeur team made our short trip unforgettable. 10/10 recommend – we’ll definitely be back!

The room had very poor soundproofing and the curtains let in too much light, making it really hard to sleep at night.
