Love that hotel . Next visit yes wt them

The location is superb. The room is a restoration of 19th century building and the room is big. The front desk staffs are very helpful and breakfast spread is very decent. However, the internet connection is poor. We couldn't get much signals through our stay.

Hotel is location around famous food places. Distance to places is walkable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. But try to get a room with windows. The ones without windows are moldy.

Good hotel and great location

An objective review of this hotel: Pros: 1. The location is fantastic. As long as it's in the Old Town, it's fantastic, close to everything and within easy walking distance. Nearby Michelin-starred restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. 2. The front desk staff speaks excellent English and is very patient. They can help you with many questions and explain things clearly, even providing maps. 3. The lobby is excellent, with ample air conditioning and excellent security. There's always someone at the front door to help you with your luggage. 4. The air conditioning is always on. Hanoi's summers can be incredibly hot, but entering the hotel instantly brings a cool, calming feeling. Cons: The in-room amenities at this hotel are quite average. 1. The hotel's linens are comparable to those of over 100 hotels in China. 2. Guests staying here should be aware that rooms above the 8th floor require walking distance. You can refuse these requests and request a room change. 3. The soundproofing is quite poor; you can clearly hear people talking outside. But objectively, the construction quality of the buildings in Hanoi's Old Quarter is generally similar. Don't worry too much about it. It's pretty much the same everywhere, unless you're staying in the New Quarter. 4. Room 904, which I stayed in, was a disaster. Avoid it because it's next to the elevator and above the staff dormitories. The air conditioner also made unusual noises. At night, the elevator, the staff washing machines, the dormitories, and the air conditioner were all making noises. It was unbearable... Overall, I think this hotel is pretty good for around 200, but for over 300, I don't think it's worth it.

Friendly staff. Good location. I was satisfied. Breakfast was not bad and delicious. It is a good location for walking around Hoam Kien.

The location was good, the staff was friendly, and it was comfortable and nice. The only thing was that the water pressure in the bathroom was low, which was inconvenient. I had to flush the water several times, and I ended up using the bathroom in the lobby on the first floor. The staff was friendly and nice, but if the bathroom was fixed, I would like to use it again next time, but if I have to suffer because of the bathroom again, I don't think I can go ㅠㅠ
