Great experience here, staff very helpful, location great (close to Beer street and in the heart of the old quarter but not too loud) and very comfortable bed and room. Room looked out on to a temple too which was nice.

Place is very strategic, nearby to restaurants and bars. Area is busy during weekends. I got upgraded to a bigger room and it was helpful. Toilets and the shower was good. Will stay again if I come back to Hanoi

The staff went over and above their duties to serve the guests.
Very patient with guest inquiries.
Some rooms need to be touched up, especially room 301.
The power points are not working well, room door is not fitted well so people can actually peep in.
No privacy.

This is very very good hotel. The hotel very clean and staffs all friendly and polite. It’s walkable distance to street-food and close to Dong Zuan market where you can find local food.

Hotel was a little old but room was clean and large. Front desk service was polite and helpful. Only had breakfast at the rooftop which was relatively good. The balcony was tiny but having an open balcony really lets you soak up the atmosphere of the Old Quarter.
