Breakfast of toast, yogurt, coffee, and boiled food was included, and the facilities were clean and nice.
There were large and small towels, but I didn't have pajamas, so it would have been more comfortable if I had pajamas.

Nice and modern hotel with a perfect location in Hanoi. Walking distance to old quarter and several sights. Simple breakfast, but with many options just outside, such as banh mi.

Booked since August. Paid up one week before arrival. Hotel cancelled my booking the day before I arrive. Imagine my shock. Had to find a place last minute for kids and myself. The claim they pricing was wrong which is not the fault of the guest. But I was punished for their mistakes. This is an unreliable management. Avoid at all cost.

Not much good I can say about the place. First they downgraded us to a smaller room and didn’t compensate the right difference due to “electrical issues”. Then the room we got smelled liked a gutter. We asked the staff to inspect, they completed ignored everything. We tried multiple times to get them to rectify the issue but nobody was there to assist. The second day, we were able to get them to switch room. We agreed on 800k. When we checked out, the receptionist went back on her word and asked for 1.2MM! Ridiculous! Also the rooms have zero noise proofing. You can hear everything going on outside, which is also very annoying.

出張で使用しました。夜遅いフライトだったので空港からの送迎も事前にメールでやり取りして問題なく(有料)迎えにきてもらえました。部屋も清潔で可愛いらしいおしゃれな感じでよかったです。
ただ、シャワートイレではなかったのと探したのですがゴミ箱がトイレの便器の横にしかなかったような…
窓のカーテンが遮光ではなかったですが、中庭？吹き抜け？に面していたので特に朝眩しくて起きるということもなかったので気にはなりませんでした。
朝食は必要最低限という感じでトースターとゆでたまごを作る機械が置いてあり、あとはヨーグルトとインスタントコーヒーを自分でお湯を入れて作る感じです。
ジュース類がなかったのが少し残念でした。
細かいことは書きましたが総じて特に問題もなく、値段を考えてもまた利用したいと思います。
正面玄関の前の通りが狭くて夜は暗いのが少し気になったかな。
スタッフさんも日本語は無理ですが英語は堪能で明るく接してもらえました。
