Hanoi Memory Legends Hotel

Here is the list of problems: - The bedroom door is partly glazed (opaque glazing) which means that we have light in the bedroom all night because the corridor light is never closed. So we had to, at 1 a.m., find a solution and jam in not one but two bath towels to try to get dim light; - The power outlets support absolutely no weight, so if you need to use an adapter, you can forget about the project; - Upon arriving at our room, there was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor; - There is mold on the shower ceiling; - The blankets are made for small people, if you are over 1m60, you must choose whether you are going to have coverage on the upper or lower part of your body; - The room looks nothing like the photos; - The employees were shouting in the hotel from 7 a.m., we asked them to speak less loudly, but this lasted 5 minutes then they started again; - We asked to have our laundry washed (service offered for an additional fee), and it had to be ready at the beginning of the evening, we had a part at 10:45 p.m., but they had forgotten half. We got it all at 11:15 p.m. I would like to point out that the employees did everything they could to help us, but the manager was not present. She only offered us 50,000vnd to compensate, or around 2 Canadian dollars. In short, I strongly advise against this establishment, flee at all costs.
