We only spent one night but it was a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is very central right next to the cathedral and many coffees and restaurant near by the hotel. We would recommend this hotel

The hotel owner was absolutely lovely. She provided lots of useful information and made an effort to ensure I enjoyed my time in Hanoi . The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is small but clean. enough amenities. Right in the heart of the old town, right next to the cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake and walking street. Delicious and complete breakfast. I will come back next time.

Friendly and courteous staff, constantly checking if we require any assistance. The location is on a quaint street close to the cathedral and many tourist attractions. The only downside was the early morning church bell ringing that could be heard from my room!
