First of all, I booked this hotel,,,but the Reception told me they didn't receive my booking... 💁🤷🏻♂️ (this is not my mistake as I shown my booking with Confirmation Letter that I received from Trip.com) and then LATER they found my reservation and told me my booking is in JUNK mail that's why they can't see my reservation... (IS THIS MY Problem?) by the way all room are fully booked & they transferred us to their sister hotel...
I accepted this offer because I was so tired and need a room as soon as possible 🥲 and a room from their SISTER Hotel is not really bad & staff is friendly and very helpful.
Overall, I am OKAY! But this situation shouldn't be happening?

Nice hotel. I got a spacious twin-bed room with bath tub in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good, with lots variety of fruits, salads, and other food. Recommended, especially if you're looking for a quiet room in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter.

The room is clean, there is a security box, the location is good in the old town, and breakfast is included.
However, the amount of water in the shower is a little noisy.
After that, a problem arose and it became a hassle.
I'll probably go to a different hotel next time.

Honestly, I can't say it's pretty. The toilet didn't flush well and the bath towels were dark and dirty. But they called me a taxi at a cheap price and took good care of my luggage, so the price wasn't too expensive so I could forgive.

The service staff was very enthusiastic. It was very hot when I checked in that afternoon. I immediately handed over ice-cold towels and drinks🥹The room was very clean. I am very demanding about cleanliness. There was no rustling feeling when I stepped on the floor with my bare feet. Great central hotel - really enjoyed the breakfasts- with fabulous staff who were very helpful and sorted out trips from the hotel . David and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great time. David helped to sort out trips to Sapa and also to Halong Bay.

I arrived at 3 am. The hotel is extremely loud. Every step in the hallway or in hallways on other floors echos through to your room. The squealing carts of the room service personal will wake you up at 8. The windows have no noice isolation, so you get the wonderful noises of the city (why I booked an inside window room. Sadly I got one with an outside window). Also the bathroom only has a glass door and it has a window. Therefore you room will be awake bright as soon as the sun rises. Can only recommend this place for people with a very deep deep sleep. For me it was impossible to get any rest here.
