The room is old, very small in size. The window is small and without ventilation. The staff is nice, the guys helped with booking a bus to another city 👍

A reasonable hotel with breakfast in the downtown area near Hanbon Street that has been used since before the coronavirus. Recently, there have been an increase in the number of easily accessible restaurants around hotels. My favorite places are seafood hotpot and teppanyaki restaurants. The taste is good and the price is low (about ¥3,500 total for a hotpot meal for 3 to 4 people). I visit Hanoi four or five times a year, and it is becoming my regular place to stay.

Well located in a lively area 10 minutes from the station and next to "train street". Small room very badly soundproofed.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and were satisfied. Great friendly staff who are always ready to help. We booked two excursions through the hotel and everything went perfectly, and the hotel paid for the excursions in advance due to the fact that we could not pay ourselves due to sanctions. Our guide picked us up from the hotel.
The room is small, but clean, quiet enough, there is a kettle, tea, refrigerator, air conditioning, fan.
It is located on a pedestrian street and this is a huge plus in the conditions of Hanoi, where the flow of traffic and noise is endless at any time of the day. Near the entrance there are a huge number of cafes and a shop 24 hours in the next door.
Union Pay cards from Tinkoff do not pass through the hotel, but you can withdraw cash from a number of ATMs, and in a nearby store the card also passes through the terminal perfectly, like most places in Hanoi.
The breakfast is mainly Asian style, which we personally were happy with. Clean, high quality, safe.
From the railway station and from bus 86 to the airport about 15 minutes on foot. As you get to the railway, it is better to go straight along it, it quickly and conveniently leaves.
