Splendid Hotel & Spa

The person occupying the hotel room I had booked was not feeling well and could not check out, so I was taken to our sister restaurant on a motorbike. I was worried because I had already paid for the room, but I was glad that the room was quite large. Also, the Great Church of Hanoi is right in front of the balcony of the room! (The room I originally booked was a lake view room of Hoan Kiem Lake, so I was satisfied with it without any negative points.) I had the best time drinking coffee while looking at the Great Cathedral of Hanoi from the balcony. The only downside was that we were on the 6th floor, the top floor, without an elevator. . It was tiring to climb up every day. . On the last day of checkout, I was worried about whether or not I should pay a tip and have my luggage carried, but I did my best lol. There's only one key and no chain. I was worried as I was a solo female traveler. . It was nothing, though. Also, there was no water coming out of the shower. I told them in the lobby that there was no water coming out of the shower and asked a young male staff member to come, but the water pressure was still weak and I couldn't wash my hair properly, so I had to go to the beauty salon every day to get it washed (lol). All the staff treated us courteously. At the time of check-in, I was able to arrange a taxi on the day of my return, so everything went smoothly. Could you exchange 500,000 dong for something smaller? Thank you for responding with a smile. I splurged a bit and chose a room that cost 10,000 yen per night, but I was able to enjoy my solo trip with peace of mind. thank you very much.
