Excellent customer service, breakfast and shared areas. Pool , sauna and free games were a great addition especially as part of our trip was cool and cloudy. They also allowed us to stay beyond our checkout time in the shared areas- which was really helpful due to a delayed flight.

The hotel was very clean and the area was in great location but the only thing it was new year and the shops and restaurants were shut .There are so many thing to do if they were open , we had a nice walk to the temple

Nice hotel, way out from the old quarter. But you can take a 20 minute bus ride to get to the popular places. I really liked the small gym. Nice selection of weights and a bench. Not a lot of restaurants around.

For the price it was very okay! The only minus was that the bathroom shower was broken and the water would flow out... Also our room was not very clean. But the beds were very comfortable, the staff were super helpful and the breakfast in the morning was the best part.

The people at this hotel are cunning. When I left, they charged me 8,000 Japanese yen for water and a few small snacks in the cabaret. They also charged me daily for cleaning the hotel. Be careful of cunning people.

Over all its ok. Helpful reception. Just the rooftop, has no lights. Pool, gym, bar no people. Not even a single staff around. When i checked.
