The stuff we’re very welcoming and very helpful. Thank you Mr. Harry, Mr.Brain and Mr. Peter, you all made our stay in the hotel very pleasant. The breakfast had a variety of food. The room was clean. I would definitely recommend to all my friends. The stuff even helped in opening doors for us and even took our luggage to the car when we were heading to the airport.

I booked the room, arrived at the hotel to check-in, and got told that the room I booked, was not available. They moved us to the Splendid Hotel, opposite. It wasn't bad, but it was a massive price difference. Only something I looked into the following morning. I was not happy with that sort of dishonesty. I did not even get compensated. So, I'm not going to advise, nor book this hotel again. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this good hotel

The hotel is not bad. The breakfast options is good, location is good. A little bit old. But in general the hotel is good.

The breakfast selection is impressive considering the price. The room is a bit small as it is at old quarters. The staff is friendly but felt they are more friendly to non Asian (approach more). The hotel located near church ⛪️ but the road is narrow so you need to walk a little to the hotel by car. They serve welcome drink and fruits when check in.

Excellent service. Mom and I stayed in a very quiet room and had the best sleep after a tiring hot weather outdoors. Good amenities and best breakfast buffet! Staffs were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Great coffee shops and spa nearby. Walking distance to St Joseph Cathedral. I will come back again and I highly recommend.
