The overall vibe of the hotel is incredibly warm and cozy, making you feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The attached restaurant is an absolute gem, very cute and clearly a hotspot for influencers, but the hype is deserved. Even better, the restaurant staff were just as delightful and attentive as the front desk. Highly recommend!"

"We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who helped us with everything and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Their hospitality truly stood out — this was the only hotel during our 6D5N trip in Vietnam where we genuinely felt welcomed. The only downside was the bathroom design: shower water tended to flow past the toilet area toward the sink drain. However, considering the very affordable room rate, this was something I could overlook. Everything else was great. There was no damp smell in the room even though it only had small windows, and it had all the basic amenities we needed. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the lake through a small path, with plenty of cafés nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Getting a Grab was also very easy, and it took less than 10 minutes to reach the Old Quarter when there was no traffic. The hotel has both an elevator and stairs. Walkable to Tran Quoc Pagoda, around 10 mins walking distance. We would definitely come back next time, hopefully for a room with bigger windows and a lake view. They don’t provide breakfast, but the airport pick-up and drop-off service they offer is affordable and convenient. Overall, the staff’s wonderful hospitality was the key factor that made our stay enjoyable. I’m very happy with the experience and would recommend this hotel for its warmth and value."

Very spacy room, everything I could've needed was provided (a decent edge above the other hotels I've experienced in Vietnam), the staff was very helpful with everything I've asked of them, airport transfer was on time and very quick. Zero complaints about the room, very nice price/value. The only mild downsides one might want to be aware of: the view from the window was mainly unattractive neighboring buildings, the pool (with a nice view on the airport) was a bit too cold for my comfort and the next decent supermarket is about 15 minutes by foot. Still enjoyed my stay there though."

"Here's why I highly recommend this hotel: 1. As soon as my taxi pulled up, a staff member, with a smile, came out to greet me and helped with my luggage! 2. For check-in, you simply hand your passport to the staff, then you can relax on a sofa and enjoy a welcome drink while they assist you. 3. The Deluxe room was spacious and excellent. The bathroom and shower room were also large. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, there was a good-sized table, a TV with OTT services, and plenty of closet space. 4. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. 5. Breakfast was served in a quiet atmosphere with a wide variety of options. 6. On the 10th floor, there's a terrace with a pool, a bar, and a restaurant – the food there is truly delicious. 7. The lobby is quite spacious, cool, and has plenty of sofas, making it a great place to relax briefly while waiting for a taxi. 8. Being in the French Quarter, taxis were readily available when going to and from tourist attractions. I was initially a bit worried because there weren't many Korean reviews, but the service truly lives up to a 5-star hotel standard."
