The hotel is very nice. It's near to Hanzhong Railway station. The reception staff was very nice and professional. Especially i would say that staff name 张丽萍 is really great. She is the best front desk staff i met till now. I wish 张丽萍 best of luck for her future.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the front desk service is great, parking is convenient, the surrounding environment is good, and shopping is convenient. I give this hotel a five-star thumbs up and will choose here next time.

For the convenience of going to the station, I often stay in this hotel on business trips. This time I stayed for 2 days. I went back to the room at around 2pm on the first day. The bathroom was not cleaned yet. It turned out that I checked out before 12pm. There was a delay this time. I communicated with the front desk clerk that I need to postpone my check-out at 3 o'clock. However, the waiter not only disagreed but also had a bad attitude. He said that our Ctrip Business Travel reservation could not be postponed.
