Great location, really nice friendly and helpful people, however - hotel room needs renovation, especially its bathroom. Restaurant in hotel was very poor and overpriced for food and service. People at the reception desk were great and helpful. Overall we had great stay in Harare!

Overall, it was a good hotel. There was nothing too much or too little, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The stay was good. The only problem was the speed of the restaurant. But it is a problem in all the African countries I have visited. And they have a problem with calibrating the warm water. The staff was very helpful.

Jameson was the perfect hotel for a 7 day business trip in Zimbabwe. Professional and very friendly staff, good facilities, confortable rooms and bed. Not to mention the delicious food. They go the extra mile for the customer. Hope to be back and stay here.

Excellent staff from parking, housekeeping, reception & dining Cresta Jameson Harare CBD. However, improve on time management, had to wait for about 35mins to get the ordered food

The experience was good,the room was clean with clean linen.The food experience was quite impressive.Gym area available and free for in-house residents.
