The lady at this hotel was incredibly kind; she helped us with our luggage and got us checked in. The room was also exceptionally clean and tidy. If you're visiting Harbin, I highly recommend staying here – it's very close to Central Street.

Fantastic location, super convenient for getting around. The room was spotless and fresh, with great amenities that all worked perfectly. The room size was decent. However, for three guests, we only received enough towels for two people, consisting of one disposable bath towel and one regular towel. When we asked for more, they directed us to a cupboard, but the towels there seemed a bit dirty, so we ended up ordering our own disposable towels. The room was equipped with a washing machine and a kettle, but surprisingly, only one cup was provided. It's about an 8-minute walk to the subway station, or you can catch a bus from the stop directly across the street.

Corridor was quite dark and the light would open when sensor was worked and open for seconds.

This place looks exactly as picture but the facilities quite old. The picture might be from 3 years back. This is like local Airbnb. The corridor is scary as the light not working along the way to go to the room. I think it's not suitable for foreigners. But if you are a local then this will be good place. It's spacious It's clean but furniture are old. Bed not so good. Location is ok if u use didi to go around. For walking distance it's quite far from harbin metro and quiet far from st sophia.
