Impeccable service right from the moment we arrived at the hotel, with good variety of breakfast spread and afternoon tea. The room is extremely spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all kinds of sleeping aids (i.e. steam eye masks and essential oil diffuser). Not to mention, it's strategically located opposite the metro station and lots of food establishments. A special shoutout to the F&B manager and the housekeeping lady at Level 5, who always serve us with a smile and ensuring that our needs are met. The F&B manager even prepared a plate of local fruits as well as yoghurt drinks and have them delivered to our room. Grateful for the hospitality and warmth received. Harbin DeRucci is indeed a home away from home, and we'd definitely choose this hotel again in a heartbeat if we ever return to Harbin.

Room is large, hotel renovation is modern, gym is quite well maintained with good equipment. Afternoon tea watermelon and cherry tomatoes are fresh and sweet. Overall very good experience

Room is clean, can get recommended pillow from level 1. Wide variety of breakfast food. The exhaust fan is also strong. The toilet have a string so you can hang some clothes.

The hotel is very close to a subway station and bed is extremely comfortable too. The room also comes with good technology and free snacks and drink. Good place to stay 👍🏻

First I was bit disappointed because no one help us with our luggage and we arrived by past 14:00 but our room is not ready and need to wait for 1 hour, but its okay😊😊😊 I really love this hotel, the ambiance is good there is a free afternoon snacks at the lobby, you can also wash and dry your clothes, there is a lot of free gifts that the kids love, I having a hard time on operating the washing and there is a staff who immediately assist me, and also I try to call them on the phone, and they go to the room to assist me because I cannot understand chinese😂 they also lend us a toy so my baby will be busy playing, the breakfast also has a lot of choices, I hope I found this hotel soon, but glad to stay here on our last night in Harbin City, hoping to stay here soon, and also upon checking out they still have gift for us, and what I really love is they lend me a russian dress to took photo😍 I will make moments soon as soon as my photo release by the photographer and tag the hotel😍
