XANA Deluxe Hotel (Harbin Railway Station Gongren Wenhuagong Subway Station)

Very satisfied! The room was great, and they had a gym and laundry facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent all around. They even provided fruit!

The hotel's service was excellent. From checking in late at night to delivering essential items, the staff were enthusiastic, responsive, and efficient. Seeing that we had a child, they thoughtfully provided kid-friendly items and snacks to entertain them. Knowing our child liked robots, they even offered to use a robot to deliver anything we needed. On our last day, depositing our luggage at the front desk was very convenient and secure. I mentioned we might come back later, and the front desk kindly offered to keep it until check-out time. When we returned, feeling a bit rushed, the front desk proactively told us not to worry and to stick to our plans, allowing for a slightly later check-out without any issue. Upon returning to our room, we found it spotlessly cleaned, like a newly opened room. When I called the front desk to inquire, they said it was fine and to use it normally; they would tidy up again. The service was truly wonderful and heartwarming. Beautiful Longjiang and heartwarming Harbin certainly live up to their reputation! 👍 This is a highly recommended hotel and a highly recommended city.

Fantastic stay, the attention to detail was exceptional, and Jikang provided thoughtful service. I'd definitely recommend it to friends. Everything was great, from booking to check-out, making for a perfect stay!

The hotel's location is great, close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. There are also many restaurants nearby, catering to various preferences. The staff provided excellent service and even helped us find a parking spot; there's space for over a dozen cars right next to the hotel! Plus, there's a morning market not far from the hotel where you can grab some delicious breakfast, which is a big plus! 👍

The hotel is new and well-equipped, with a fantastic location. The smart room features are very convenient. The staff from Northeast China are so warm and welcoming! The front desk lady provided excellent service. When the TV suddenly tripped at night, she personally brought a stool to check what was wrong and offered to change the fuse. Since it was late and we didn't need the TV, we told her not to bother coming back and forth multiple times, and to just change the fuse after we checked out. She apologized profusely multiple times and even gave us eye masks and breakfast, which made us feel a bit embarrassed. We had an unforgettable night in Harbin! We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The service was excellent. When we discovered bugs in our room, they promptly moved us to another one and even provided breakfast vouchers. The rooms were meticulously cleaned. We arrived quite early, and they were very thoughtful to quickly prepare a room for us. We would definitely stay here again.
