An excellent hotel. Staffs service was fantastic. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bed was just perfect. Location was good. Just next to famous Central Street. From airport or HS train. Easily reachable. Underground train station Line 2 was just next to the hotel.

I extended my stay here because of two reasons. 1)strategic location - just opposite the metro station and also near to restaurants and attractions.
2)The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location - walking distance to train station (地铁) and some tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Don't have to worry.
Service - Great 👍 They help to bring ur bags up and down while checking in and out.
Have a simple tea buffet (tea, cakes and snacks)
However, the room is Abit small for two of us. Very hard to open luggage 😆

Just right behind of Zhonyang metro station. Surrounding with lots of convenient store. About 5mins walk to Zhongyang Street and 15 mins walk to St Sophia Cathedral and about 10mins walk to Hongzhuan morning market. Hotel staffs are friendly. We were being upgrade to family room. Room was spacious. Don't expect much for the afternoon tea. Serve only some cake and drinks. Overall stay was enjoyable and happy.

建議:服務人員的態度，還要加強培訓提高！如:昨晚，我個人因飲食不當，肚子疼並伴有拉稀數次，難受的厲害，有些虛脱無力。欲請前台服務人員幫忙到路對面買點葯。接電話的男生生硬拒絕，沒有關心問候情況！很無助！很失望！
