We had a really great stay in the biggest room ever - biggest toilet with the best view as well. Breakfast service was impeccable - and we would like to thank Ms Air 刘金玲 for her top notch service and attention to details, and made us felt at home since day 1 when she could recognise us when we went for breakfast on day2 :) side note was that the housekeeping service may not be as attentive - did not top up our shower gel for 2 days - and we had to leave a note to request for it especially. In all, location was great, view is outstanding, and hotel staff service is commendable! :)

Near the train station. The rooms were very spacious. The gym have decent equipment. Great services from hotel staff. Cons was that the room was stuffy and hot. Air con was configured as heating mode. Had to request for "fans".

My room has an amazing view of the river which is especially beautiful at night. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Everyone from the front desk, the door men, the executive lounge staff and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. I appreciate Fo Xiu who went up to my room to understand my concerns because of the language barrier. My only complaint was that I ordered room service. I ordered steak and soup but there was no dinner plate included. It was difficult to cut the steak in the tiny sizzling plate it was served on. I appreciate the male staff who brought my order to my room. That said, everything else was fantastic. My wishlist is to have a full length mirror inside the room. When I visit the Harbin again, I will stay here.

Very nice and clean hotel. Service is very good. location opposite song hua river cable car station with fantastic view. 10 min walk to 中央大街。Lobby service manager 焦明 is very friendly and helpful. He help us to book a transport to airport by using my phone app and also help us to carry all our language onto the car. Very happy with their service and stay.

We stayed in the Hotel as a Family with 2 kids (3y and ＜1y). The staff really tried to make the stay comfortable. We booked the Family room with children bedroom. Unfortunately, the room was quite Dirty. There were many cut off nails on the floor and we also found a living cricket on the toilet. We stayed, but asked the Staff to vacuum clean the room. Even After that, there was no change, and all the issues remained… Our toddler was not able to be released to the floor due to this in a „family related room“. Additionally the Equipment is quite old and needs a refunishment. Unfortunately, like this, we cannot recommend the stay, as not fitting to a 5 Star Hotel Nor to our expectations from the Reviews.
