Mercure Harbin Central Street Sophia Church

The room was spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. The staff (Ayi) provided attentive and thorough service. It's conveniently located near Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, and close to shopping malls. This made shopping, transportation, and dining very easy. Despite its proximity to Central Street, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

A very satisfying stay! The service was excellent; they allowed us a late check-out when we arrived late at night and even recommended a great BBQ delivery service. Super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, and I appreciate the humidifier – a big plus! The self-service afternoon tea and coffee in the lobby were a thoughtful touch. Definitely a highly recommended hotel with a great location and excellent value for money. Good!

The service was great, and while the room was a bit small, it offered good value for money. My stay was very satisfying; the room was spacious, bright, clean, and odor-free, with good soundproofing. The surrounding amenities were complete, and transportation was convenient. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated right next to the Hagia Sophia Church and across from the Harbin City Museum. It's also just one block away from Central Street. The room's smart features were very convenient. The lobby offered snacks and desserts, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, even giving out gifts like popsicles and Harbin red sausage.

The hotel service exceeded our expectations! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The welcome package was substantial (as pictured), and there was complimentary afternoon tea with adorable tanghulu (candied hawthorn berries) and donuts 🍩, which my child absolutely loved, plus a late-night snack! 🥳 The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. Most importantly, the location was super convenient – after checking in, we headed straight to the Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival! ✌️

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Turn right and you're at the cathedral, turn left and you're on the main street, and it's super convenient to the subway. The lobby staff were very polite and attentive, even providing small gifts. There's afternoon tea and late-night snacks available every day. The room was comfortable and clean, with a walk-in closet, and the mini-bar had a great selection of drinks. The breakfast standard was very nice too. A really great stay, super satisfied! 👍
