Great hotel near the airport with free shuttle service which was convenient for us. The room for 2 was comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was polite and helpful to us. There was also a foot massager in the room. Now we know where to stay. I recommend it.

The hotel provides 24/7 pick up and drop off from and to the hotel, staffs are super professional and caring, driver is super friendly and professional, fuss free communication on where to wait for pick up, I recommend all travellers who stops by harbin to make a visit for this nice hotel, which is very close to the airport.

Overall, everything was fine: airport pickup, hotel service (it would be nice if the front desk staff could speak a little English), clean room, and airport drop-off.
The only minor issue is that it is difficult to choose breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner based on the photographs presented. Need to update the menu. It will be great to have it in English.

There’s many options near airport and even this hotel one a bit higher in Price compare to other hotels I DO recommend this place! My mom stayed there one day as a layover and here is some tips to sum up:
They have very amazing transfer and just be sure to write somewhere or screenshot Chinese name of the hotel so airport employees can help you call them in case if you don’t have internet
It’s just 3 minutes from airport!
Be sure to inform them about your flight and they very professional
I would like to thanks the hotel team because my mom didn’t had internet but because of hotel staff humbleness and support she was at ease 🥹
Will definitely use again and recommend others 💗

Cloud hotel near Taiping International Airport. My experience with this hotel was excellent: a comfortable room, and very qualified and responsive staff who helped me solve all my problems. The room also had a foot massager, which was great for helping my tired feet recover from long walks around the city. The airport shuttle service was also an excellent addition. I would happily stay at this hotel again if I'm in Harbin.

Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.

The hotel location is super good as the Harbin Taiping International Airport is just located less than 10 mins away by taking car. There is also free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff will take initiative to confirm your shuttle bus requirement one day before for advance booking. The room is great and comfortable to stay.👍
