加強加強工作人員的服務意識，提高一下衞生質量吧。服務：對哈爾濱人所有的印象都被那個保潔人員給影響了，進房間，被罩不乾淨，地上有兩堆頭髮，讓保潔換床單打掃，掛臉子。設施：不知道現在都什麼年代了竟然一個房間一張房卡，不多給。説到這裏更有氣，打完電話讓幫忙上來因為著急上廁所先不説多長時間上來的看見她慢慢溜溜噠噠沒個笑臉，和她説能麻煩稍微快點麼？她來一句：我得上電梯啊，我説那你出電梯能快點嗎？這等着上廁所呢。真的無語，沒找酒店DM因為不想影響心情，已經這樣了這酒店不會再來。 Deluxe自助下午茶:沒用

非常不錯的酒店，可以説就在中央大街上的酒店，工作人員態度友好，服務熱情，有求必應，環境整潔，以前沒有注意過希岸這個品牌，這次入住感覺很好，有機會體驗其他地方的希岸酒店。早餐也不錯，品類不少。離索菲亞大教堂和防洪紀念塔都很近。交通也很方便，第二天退房去道里希爾頓，門口等車時，酒店的小哥也幫着拎行李，主動意識值得稱讚。

房間挺大，乾淨衞生，這次帶孩子長者來，訂了兩間房，很貼心安排在一起挨着了，長者的房間不臨街，不吵不鬧。訂的豪華大床房給升了房型到豪華套房了，非常好。但是兩個電視衹有一個遙控器，略顯不便。酒店離中央大街非常近，松花江也很近，道理菜市場，索菲亞教堂都能走路直達，附近就有當地排名第一的東北菜老字號老廚家，便宜實惠味道好，因為非常近，就算沒預約也可以拿了號回酒店等，微信關注後快到號過來就行。公交地鐵也很方便。唯一的缺憾就是房卡衹有一張，還要兼電卡，有點不太方便。早餐也比較便宜實惠，人多還打折。

This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff didn’t understand English very well but was still super helpful. I also appreciate the little details they provided such as free water bottles on every floor and free afternoon snacks. Will definitely stay here next time if I’m in Harbin again.
