We booked this BnB several months in advance, verified by our credit card details (same as for all our bookings) and everything seemed OK until the day of our planned arrival. Around midday on the day of arrival, we got an email from the property that there would be some "problem with our credit card" and our booking would be canceled immediately if we would not click on a special link provided in an email that they did not even manage to send us. So we had quite a hassle to sort this problem in a hurry as we could not afford having canceled our room for the night. Threaten your guests with immediate cancellation of the room because of this or that problem is just an absolute no go. Moreover breakfast was stated included in our booking but there was nobody at the property except us and the guests from the other room. Keys were exchanged by key-box with code. So, essentially, there was no breakfast. There was a communal room with a kitchen shared between the two guest rooms and there were a few items laying around in the fridge but we were not sure if these are supposed to be the "breakfast" or just some stuff other guests have put there. As there was nobody around from the property, we could not ask either. The room was clean and nice though. Overall, regarding the communication with the management and the breakfast, there is quite some room for improvement. At the present state we cannot recommend this place due to being unreliable. You just never know if they cancel your booking on the day of arrival. So, make sure to have a back up option. Moreover, bring your own breakfast even if advertised as being included, just to have a back up as well.
