Due to its ground-level location and proximity to landscaping, you may occasionally see a harmless spider or small insect. These are rare but possible and are clearly disclosed in advance. This home allows pets, which means even after thorough cleaning, it’s possible a single hair from a previous guest’s pet may be found. This is normal in any pet-friendly property. If you have severe arachnophobia or expect the home to be 100% free of any natural elements, this may not be the right property for you.
