4553 State Route 307 East, Geneva, OH 44041 Flanked by lush vineyards and shady Sycamore trees, our two story farmhouse is a step back to the 1930’s with modern updates. The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home features a vintage clawfoot tub in one bathroom and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. Cozy up in the reading room for privacy, or join the others around the stone fireplace in the living room. The dining area comfortably seats 8, and the kitchen features a breakfast nook for 4. The 'Man Cave' features a 50' flat screen TV and cable TV with comfortable seating for the family. A large patio overlooks the vineyard, and features a charcoal grill and a fire pit to gather around in the evenings. September and October is Harvest season for the Winery next to the farmhouse so there tends to be more noise during these months that may or may not bother renters. Great stay at Vineyard home We had a family of 9 with 4 children 10y-12y. There was a inflatable bed there but would have been great to have some bunk beds or single beds for the kids. Vineyard restaurant was next door but unfortunately did not have a chance to try it out. Met Shane by chance who works the wine process and was very impressed with his knowledge of wine making. Upstairs bathroom shower/bathtub not very useful. Needs a wrap around shower curtain. Man cave was a great asset for the kids entertainment. Good access to Interstate 90. Outdoor fire pit great, outdoor chairs and bbq available. Need to check wall ac/heat unit which seemed to not put out any heat.

Always love staying here We've stayed in this home and the other one on the other side of the winery many times and always have a good experience. In the event there are any issues, Lindsay is communicative and helpful. We keep coming back!
