Best Western Plus Waller Hotel

We had a good stay here. Wife and i enjoyed the breakfast. They changed the style of the eggs the next day and that was good. The beds were so comfy. Will definitely return to this hotel. We wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked this week so we're headed out to the Holiday Inn a little further away. Parking was adequate and safe.

This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Noisy as hell - we could hear everyone’s conversations, people stomping their feet, the ice making machine. The faucet in the shower is hard to turn. The beds are very uncomfortable. And then to top it off the frozen breakfast that is served is disgusting and the coffee machine was not working because it needs to be replaced. I’m going to find the owner of this best Western because they’re individually owned and write him a letter.

The breakfast area was small. Why would you put a digital coffee maker in a hotel. It didn’t work.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast choices with variety of coffee, latte, cappuccinos with decaf options.

Would stay again Best front desk service and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was ok and plenty parking. Only thing is AC was a little loud but overall great stay and location!
