My husband and I have been driving home cross country, from LA to Downeast Maine. This was by far the best hotel accommodation of the past week: great room layout, tasteful decor, very friendly and helpful staff.

Passing through on our way home to New England for the holidays. This is the second time we’ve stopped here and the service is great and consistent. Hotel is clean, beds are comfy, and the breakfast is good.

I loved the large handicapped accessible room. The bed was comfortable with four nice pillows. I think its time for the winter comforters though. The front desk person was very nice and answered all my questions. There is breakfast in the morning and an evening bar for those who wish to partake.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The hotel lobby was lovely and the complimentary breakfast was decent. The suite that we stayed in was clean and spacious, though the soundproofing wasn’t great as we could hear kids in the room above us running back and forth. We also received stained towels, one of them appearing to be a blood stain.

Set up of room was weird. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom door was broken and soap dispenser in shower was broken. The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice

It was noisy. Hotel built on the highway. Couldn’t leave the window open. Nothing great about the stay it was just average.
