The location is great. It's easy to get to the community college, downtown, and Interstates. The staff is very helpful and polite. I had one of the renovated rooms and was very satisfied. They are renovating areas that are a bit shabby, but that didn't bother me. It was quiet and affordable, and I felt safe.

There was a leak at the bathroom vent, water dropping on t he toilet & towels. Not very soundproof in & out either. Otherwise it was good

This terrible hotel charged me in addition to the reservation I made before going there and house keeping do not come around to see any need. To top it all off the crazy hotel people charged me again on the day I checked out according to my bank statement. BIG HEADACHE AND BAD HOTEL TO STAY AT

The host was really nice, did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. The first room we got into was newly remodeled looked nice and clean but there was a leak in the bathroom and water all over the floor. He switched us to an older room (with joining door) and it was dingy and unappealing. The beds were doubles rather than queens so very uncomfortable for me my hubby and our dog (who sleeps with us in our queen at home very comfortably) and the neighbors smoked and toked all night and the smell filled our room with every puff making myself quite sick and gave my hubby a headache. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep and checked out at 5am without even getting a full refund on the night we cancelled. Very disappointed

I know this is just a motel and that I shouldn't be overly critical but there are a few things that can be improved upon:
1. The room only has 2 sets of towels and we are a family of 4. When we asked for more, we were only given 1 more.
2. The lobby is not open in the morning and there is no coffee.
3. You can see spiders everywhere and they are not Halloween decoration.
