#negative #I was disappointed with the Value for Money, Corridor Soundproofing; This three-night check-in experience was extremely bad, because I had already stayed for two nights on January 25th and 26th, and I felt okay, so I booked another 3 nights in March, but I didn't expect it to be a nightmare. I checked in very late on the first night. After checking in, I found that the sound of the air conditioner was super loud, basically over 70 to 80 decibels. Thinking of the hotel front desk refusing to communicate, saying that all the rooms are like this. I had no choice but to report this problem to Ctrip customer service. Ctrip customer service tried very hard to help us communicate, but the communication was still ineffective. The hotel's attitude was still very tough. There was no way but to turn off the air conditioner at night and turn it on again in the morning. It is really the worst and worst hotel experience ever! The price is not cheap, you can stay in a good brand hotel for the same price, just because the room here is bigger, and the two nights I stayed in January felt okay, I didn't expect to fall into a big pit! Here is a word, Ctrip is still very responsible, will patiently help communicate and give some compensation, thank you Ctrip.

Room was large and comfortable but it was a suite and did not come equipped with pillows and sheets for the extra bed. Even though parking costs $17 per day, guests still need to sign an extra waiver with respect to the safety of cars and belongings.

Air conditioning was a problem from day one. filter was changed, but the room never got cooled. It was a good thing we spent lots of time out of the room. We were offered a room change the last night but my wife was asleep because we had an early flight, so that did not work. For the 4 days we stayed at this property we did NOT receive maid service, we had to asked for clean towels. the floor needed to be vacuumed and much dusting was needed all so. We were very disappointed with this accommodation
