This place is awful. We knew coming that it wouldn’t be five star but no - WE LEFT WITH LITERAL BED BUGS. We actually checked the beds when we came and didn’t find but then at night girls started to find the bugs. The beds have huge bugs which mean it’s been infested for a while. We stayed in all of the rooms and most of them had bugs. We ended up sleeping on chairs and on the floor. We didn’t sleep, our backs ache and we had to deal with the bed bugs after. Whatever you do, do not go there. The bed bugs have been there for a while and they are not taking care of them any time soon.

Hey, unfortunately I will be needing therapy. I beg you not to make the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews you read here. You will regret coming. We all have bed bugs and the owner walked around with his gross toes out. The kitchen smelled like hell and back, also, cockroaches. If you have a death wish, come by❤️

The place most ugly and dirty, a receptionist not so friendly! A layer also, a was alone+ 2 children’s and it was only 1 bed but it’s not enough for 3!!! Towels I had also just for 2 person!!!! Very very BAD place, I must to closed it!!!!

We lived in the hotel for 2 weeks under a special program of the Government of Israel. They did not pay for accommodation and therefore criticism is not appropriate. Accommodation and three meals a day were provided by the Government. Thank you very much for this. The room is small and not very clean. The truth from which there is no hiding. All our requests for a mattress and bed replacement were met immediately. Thank you. The food is kosher and very decent. There was no problem with this issue. Free tea and coffee in the lobby all day long. The location of the hotel is super, in the very center of Netanya, 10 minutes walk to the sea. Near the main pedestrian street of the city with a bunch of restaurants and shops. Some establishments are open even on Shabbat. All were satisfied. Thank you.

It's a dump not a scam hotel filthy beast everywhere unfriendly staff crooks even my trash room is cleaner We were not refunded and he charged us for one more night The worst trip of my life to flee
