Very good location. About 10 minutes walk to Lee Garden area and Kim Yong market. Surrounded by eateries, massage shops, etc.

The hotel is perfect except the cleanliness in the hotel room, I found quite a lot of small ants. Other than that, all is good. The location is great , walking distance to Lee Garden night market and Kim Yong Market. The bonus is there was food fair just around the corner, we enjoyed all kind of yummy food. In addition, I would like to give a credit to the receptionist in the evening shift, she was really helpful, help us to book a car give me a lot of useful information.

Location is ok , not too far from Kim Yong Market , nor Lee Garden. Walking distance to eateries, restaurants and shopping streets. Rooms cleanliness could certainly be improved, especially the bathrooms. Air cond. & water pressure is ok.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room smells so nice even when you enter the lift already smells good!!!! I really in love with the smell. The receptionist very helpful and friendly. The room so clean and big. The officer at the parking was so helpful. Very near to the 7eleven (walking distance 2 minutes), beside ayuttaya noddle halal restaurant. Can easily get halal food, in front of the hotel have massage shops. Walking distance to lee garden (5 minutes). Even the hotel kinda old but not *******, no ghost don’t worries . I really recommend this hotel to all malaysian ! Will definitely choose this hotel for my next vacation! Hotel don’t have iron . Only provide hair dryer. Can use Malaysia adapter also have usb port.

This hotel is also our regular accommodation whenever we are in Hatyai.. Very near to a Muslim eatery and the Lee Gardens night market.

A clean, friendly and comfortable hotel with ample parking space. Hotel served with free coffee every morning at beside the lobby. Located very near to the Night Market, Kim Yong Market, eateries and convenient stores.

Good location, not exactly in Lee garden so less crowd but walking distance to Lee garden about 5 minutes, nearby got massage 7-11 and walking distance to Kim yong market too!

Location is very close to new KimYong market and Lee Gardens Plaza. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good. Cleanliness can be upgraded.

The hotel is located at a perfect location with plenty of restaurants and even a 7 Eleven very close by. Certain tourist attractions such at the Lee Garden night market and the Kim Yong Market are within walking distances as well. The hotel room was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. I could get breakfast in the hotel but as said earlier, the moment you’re out of the lobby there are plenty of food both left and right. If you have no prior arrangements made, the receptionist can assist to arrange transportation to destinations such as Songkla.

Location wise very strategic near KimYong, halal restaurant, walking distance to 7E, Lee Garden Plaza, Alisan, Suasana Tony Bus Offices. Request higher floor & nearby lif. Room 505. All nice and comfortable stay. No ghosts no mystical thingy overall worth the money! It just the room is not really soundproof but no issue at all.

The hotel is located at a strategic location, and it is very convenient to walk around Hatyai town. I booked for 3 nights stay, the room services was clean up everyday with refill 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Please do expect the hotel in old age and the facilities was older but it do not affect my impression to the hotel.

Hotel is kind of old. There were ants in the room. But location is good. Walking distance to the markets and eateries.
