You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk.
The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing.
I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in my life in more than 20 yrs. I travel frequently in Asia countries even if the area I stay only have 2* or 3* hotel. But this is horrible 😱 1) everywhere is so dirty 2) room inside especially the toilet is extremely old & dirty + even the room got a very weird smell 3) check in counter staffs are not helpful & a bit rude too...Price for this hotel is not cheap really not worth to stay here! Very regret to book this hotel I should have book another hotel(Golden Crown Grand Hotel) which is just about 120m away & review better than this & cheaper! Extremely disappointed stay 😞

Had a good and pleasant stay , room was clean, I requested for a corner room and was granted according to my request. However this hotel must upgrade the security as anyone can enter this hotel or your room. Will surely return to this hotel if there is proper security in place.
