I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, the service was very good, and the location was convenient. Overall, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

- Clean and Nice location - ✅hairdryer, shampoo, washing machine, fridge, microwave, WI-FI, locker, utensils - 7-8mins walking distance to Kim Yong market - 2 mins walking distance to mini BigC and 5 mins to 7eleven - Quiet around that area during night but is still safe to walk back to hostel - small and hard mattress bed - need to lower down voice cuz might disturb others - not able to bring and eat food in the room Overall, nice place to stay and safe for solo traveller

The destination of this hotel is very convenient the those famous places such as Kim Yong Market. There were also 7 eleven just few meters away from the hotel. The only problem is the room a bit dusty.

Location is within walking distance to Lee Garden, very near to 7-11, near to some eateries places, there is self service laundry opposite. Personally, I will come back to stay again but there is no lift for any elderly person that has knee issues. Room is spacious.for our booking. There is a fan as well.

Stayed at *Get Guesthouse 2* – a small but well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for budget travelers. The room had all the basics: hair dryer, water heater, clean bed and toilet. There's no scenic view, but it's not a big deal. Toothbrush needs to be requested at the front desk. They provide 2 bottles of water, and there’s a water dispenser downstairs for refills. There are also free snacks and drinks like coffee and cocoa available for guests in the lobby – a nice touch! Location is great – walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market, and Oden. It’s a bit of a longer walk to Robinson Mall, but still manageable. The hotel is tucked away in a side street, and there are two 7-Elevens nearby. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay for the price!

We always chooses Uhatyai.There's a parking lot next to it. Great hospitality, clean and comfy rooms. Location was in a quiet side, not too far not too near 7 Eleven abit walking distance to Lee Garden, KimYong market etc..If you need a tuktuk service let the front desk know and they will arrange for you..opposite there's a food stall selling kuay jab was delicious too.

We don’t lack the courtesy that we should have! I didn’t sleep well that night. The reason was that the mattress had long since aged and collapsed into a big pit. When a person lay down, he would sink into it. This position was unbearable from the cervical spine to the lumbar spine all night long. We didn’t say anything. It is said that every room is almost like that. I barely fell asleep at around 7 o'clock, and then woke up at almost 11 o'clock to take a shower. In the middle of taking a shower, the boss knocked on the door. I thought to myself that there was only one day left, and I didn't want to check out! I told him that I was taking a shower, but he still knocked. While knocking, he said outside, ”You need to change your room!” I asked why, and he kept talking outside. I couldn't understand Thai English, so he said Must change rooms! I could only put on my clothes and open the door for him! After opening the door and talking for a long time, he insisted that I change rooms. When I asked him why, he said that he upgraded me yesterday and I must go back to the reserved room today! The room I stayed in was exactly the same as the one in the reservation picture, so of course I had objections! They immediately called agoda (Ctrip contracted the business to agoda), and the person on the other end spoke more directly, emphasizing that they upgraded me yesterday, so I asked first of all, if you had upgraded, you had to tell me yesterday, and you had to tell me yesterday. From the way you checked in to the way you spoke the next day, if you really don’t welcome tourists from China, you can stop displaying it on platforms commonly used by Chinese tourists! Although I am not an authentic Chinese, I really don’t understand this situation. Chinese tourists basically dominate the tourism industry in Southeast Asia. Treating them well is the way forward for you industry players! Another suggestion is to honestly show the core photos of each room type in the future, photos with characteristic information! Furthermore, if you think you have given care to customers, please inform them clearly in advance so that others can have choices and be prepared! Don’t do something ambiguous or even misleading!
