Good location. Convenient to go places further by Grab booking. Hatyai junction train station is just about 8 mins walk to the hotel. Plenty of street food during the night. Lee Gardens night market just in front of the hotel and Kim yong market is nearby.

Strategic location. Near to Lee Garden market just walking distance. Besides the hotel is Ayuthaya restaurant which is muslim restaurant. Food taste so good. Near 7eleven as well. In front of the hotel got massage place. If youre looking for budget friendly hotel, this is one of the recommended. The room was clean. Bathroom was nice and has bath tub.

Good and nice location! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Perfect for both short stays and vacations.

The Color Hotel is one of my favorite choices hotel in Hat Yai, for it's big and clean room, yet reasonable good price. Located behind the BP Grand Tower Hotel, only 5 minutes walk to Odean Shopping Mall. And, most of the traveller's necessities are at the convenient walking distance.

Very convenient location. A convenience store and Lee Garden are within walking distance, which makes it easy to get food, shopping, and essentials Not parking friendly. The hotel’s parking lot was full, and we had to find parking ourselves nearby. However, tuk-tuks are conveniently available right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around easier.

I enjoyed my stay at Sakol Hotel. Location is great as its 3 mins away from Lee Garden. Car park though limited is clean and secure. There are 7-11s on either side of the hotel. I am not picky when it comes to hardness of mattress but I have to say this one is really hard! Be warned. The standard room is very clean (thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team!) but it really needs a renovation.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the location is good near Lee Garden, massage, and many eateries nearby. There is a big 7eleven in front of the hotel. The hotel also has parking based on a first come first serve basis. That day the parking was full and the security guided us to park at the sister hotel behind.

I had an overall wonderful stay at this hotel, tucked away in a pleasant, convenient location. It’s within easy walking distance to Lee Garden, a charming little night market that serves delicious street food until midnight. The neighborhood feels safe even late at night — aside from the occasional biker pimp offering “ladies.” They aren’t aggressive, though, and leave immediately when declined. One curious incident stood out during my stay: I returned to find my belongings oddly rearranged. My luggage had been moved from a corner to the bedside, and my charger was unplugged and tossed inside the bag. Management kindly checked the CCTV upok request and claimed that no one had entered the room while I was away. Strangely, nothing was missing. Perhaps it was just my imagination… or maybe something a bit supernatural. Either way, it felt harmless, but I’d still recommend keeping your valuables locked or with you. This happened only once over several nights. Service throughout was all right, and the staff were warm. Room service is thorough. However, a few practical issues are worth noting: some rooms have unconnectable Wi-Fi or air-conditioning that can’t be adjusted (I learned this after switching between three rooms). Another minor frustration was the hotel’s policy of issuing only two room card, which makes it tricky to keep the room cool when you’re out whilst still having two traveller accessibility to the room. Despite these quirks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The shampoo and soap and toothbrush provided could be better though. For the price paid I would expect better quality.

I’m being stay in this hotel several times due to convenient access to night market and other place. I’m put some suggestion for women improvement. The toilet floor are very slippery,might be cause of massage oil stick on floor when guest enjoy their massage service.Due to this,1 of my family member was falled down and admitted to hospital at hatyai when visited last month. Hope management team can take this precaution to improve for the next future. Overall i’m quite happy to stay here.

You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk. The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing. I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude.
