THERE IS NO HOT WATER AND AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ANYTHING UNTIL YOU GET TO THE ROOM AND SHOWER IN ICE WATER THEY SHOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Complicated reception time, confusion. The accommodation is very far from the Bufete restaurant, I do not recommend it for elderly people or some degree of disability. Those who do not drink alcoholic beverages have no options.

The New Year's Eve is one of the best I have had, the dinner on the 31st was excellent but everything is the treatment of all the workers from the director to the maintenance of the entity with impeccable cleanliness as well as the gardens, which are quite a few. Thank you.

We were at the Las Terrazas Aparthotel, the truth is that the apartments are very good, some recently repaired and painted, others being restored. The one where my family and I stayed didn't have a refrigerator, the one the other family that traveled with us did have. We also ran out of water although they put it in after a while but we had a bad time. They close the pool very early at 6 in the afternoon, this is quite a shock, the beach is very close but, for example, I, who have 2 children, prefer to spend more time in the pool. We didn't have a bad time, but the installation could have been much better.

These are photos of the room they offered me. Stained sheets, leaks, no minibar, no hair dryer. I recommend that you do not open it until the repairs are completed. Very expensive to not have anything included, just breakfast.

We spent a few quiet days with the family, enjoying the sea and one day more than another the pool, their facilities should be maintained, their apartments are good, comfortable beds and well-prepared meals

First of all, we must admit that they are working well and I liked that, the service was very good, the food was good, the apartments were very comfortable. Now, things that I didn't like were the following: 1 - The apartments didn't have a refrigerator and you couldn't bring or buy anything to keep it cold due to the lack of it. 2 - At the agency they told us that everything that was paid at the facility was by transfer or by POS, but nothing to do with it, if they accept cash, and the POS were not working, if I managed to pay by card on two occasions it was a lot , very bad information in the agencies. 3 - The day we left, my partner and I had to wait for them to turn on the water because early in the morning there was no water because of a "disruption", we went to the file and they told us that it had already been reported, we had I had to brush my teeth with small amounts of natural water because the water problem persisted. They didn't give us any more explanations on the subject and we had to leave that day without even being able to get the sea water off of us. I sincerely think that when there is only one negative thing, the positive ones have no validity, therefore I would not return here a second time, the service was good and the other things that I objected to above, but the issue of water bothered me a lot, and the payment by transfer, since we had to spend all the cash we had and we had the largest amount of money in the bank account.

Today, 04/20, was my first day and the food was terrible. I left at 11 pm. It was a very uncomfortable concentration to have to go through such a bitter experience, they must work to improve the service and make it enjoyable.
