I stayed at the Royalton Habana hotel for three nights and was impressed by its modern design, prime location and first-class service. The hotel is located on the corner of the famous Malecón and Paseo del Prado, offering incredible views of the sea and the entrance to the Bay of Havana. The hotel has an elegant and luxurious decoration, and is equipped with all modern amenities. The rooftop infinity pool is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery, and the spa offers a variety of treatments for the body and soul. The hotel also has several luxury restaurants, where you can taste Cuban and international cuisine, and a beauty salon, where you can pamper your hair and face. What I liked most about the hotel was the personalized and professional treatment I received from all the staff, especially the manager Obdulio. He was very attentive and kind to me, and he made sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He helped me book a city tour, he recommended the best places to visit and made me feel at home. Obdulio is a great host and an excellent representative of the hotel. In short, the Royalton Habana hotel is an ideal option for luxury travelers who want to enjoy the beauty and charm of Havana. It is a five-star plus hotel, which combines modernism and elegance with the most spectacular views of the sea. I definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

The location of this resort is the best in Havana, period. The view is perfect from every place, the room, the spa, the pool, all the bars and restaurants, on the roof you have a 360 view of all of Havana, you are at the closest point to the Port of Havana, the castle of the Morro, the Malecón. and Prado street. They gave us a room with a view of the Malecón, the infinity pool is on the fourth floor and has heated water. The spa section facing the sea and Malecón street. This is a new resort so you will have almost new facilities, all the rooms are beautiful and modern in design. In addition to its perfect location and luxury, you will feel like you are in heaven, I don't know if my perception was because the hotel was almost empty but all the staff and attention were impeccable, very friendly and professional staff. We stayed in room 818, the air conditioning had problems with the front door sensor and we were moved to room 816, same floor with great views. The dinner was spectacular despite the scarcity of some foods, as the chef excelled in the same way. Without a doubt we will visit the Royalton Habana again.

We recommend this beautiful hotel gorgeous you to have the best view of the bay and the boardwalk,paseo del padro, also consumer centers with the best food and attention from everyone without exception, but I give special recognition to Obdulio Sierra for his great professionalism in deal with and promptly resolve any customer inconvenience as happened in our case, we are leaving very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, especially for Havana standards. We visited with Versus Travel from Greece and everything was in order: smooth checkin, GREAT breakfast, views to die for and the rooftop was the best part of it all. The location is second to none, thanks for everything!

Good location and quite clean but: 1)Check In to a room with lint on the floor, no promised bottle water, half roll of toilet paper. 2)Had to call for toilet roll and waited for 2 hrs, no one bring, and had to go to front desk to ask, and waited for another hour, didn't bring, and had to call, no answer, and had to go front desk again before someone brought 1 roll though asked for 2. 3)Next day asked for room cleaning with the door sign, and saw room maids and told them, but came back to uncleaned room, no fresh tower, no tidy bed. Had to go front desk to ask for tower and water and, of course toilet roll. 4)All these while no one called us to follow up or any concerns. Today, 11am, received a call from front desk, "Hello, you gave account to settle !" Thank you very much. Not a 4 star, not even 3. Not caring, not professional staff. Checking out soon.

The Royalton Habana is a beautiful hotel wuth a great location as it is right beside the sea/melacon. When you walk in, it has that "wow" factor and you find it hard to believe that it is in Havana Cuba. No power outages there as in other parts of Cuba are experiencing rotating power outages and the food is plentiful for Cuba, not the case as in many other places in Cuba. There are a lot of resources being poured in to maintaining this hotel on a daily basis. Rooms are super clean and spacious...even have face cloths. (most hotels in Cuba don't, not even the all inclusives). Special acknowledgement to Sabine who is at the reception and took good care of things for me and was able to arrange a new room for me. He is very professional, multi lingual and does his job well. The rooms from the 7th floor up are larger and have a better view. The workers in the buffet restaurant, the cleaners, the butlers, maintenance, reception,etc. all worked together as a team...with one goal...customer service at its best. They strived to make your stay a pleasant one. Special thank you to Ariadna of the Butler Team...wow! She is a definate asset/value to this hotel, who went above and beyond for me, speaks good english and is very professional. Thank you to the entire team/staff of the Royalton Habana...well done!
