Hotel was good in terms of amenities but the cleaners won’t make beds or clean… only refill supplies. The most annoying bit was they advertised cheaper fare through trip.com and despite me showing them paperwork as proof of the rate that I signed up for, they won’t honour that rate and still charges me much higher rate! They asked me to talk to my third party provider instead to sort it out! This is totally unacceptable and unethical! They must not sell through third parties if they want to apply their own rates at the end regardless! I would stay away from them!

So, there were no toiletries and they did not provide though we requested - simple toiletries like toothbrush, tooth paste and razors. This was unlike other hotels which we stayed in O'ahu and Kauai, they were given upon request and given daily knowing that you have requested the 1st day. The pillows were soft and when we requested for them, they came back with 'unavailable', though they managed to get them the next day. The room was made, except for the beds (interesting) and cup was not washed though we left it soaked by the basin for the ease of the housekeeper. The counter that provided beach towels closed by 5pm? The pool is quiet and dead. Haha. Its an average stay.

Kaanapali Beach, convenient to Kapalua Airport
It takes 40-50 minutes from Kahului Airport.
The hotel is quiet, and you can even walk barefoot on the grass!
The beach is right in front of you, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including whale watching. You can rent an umbrella and chair and enjoy the ocean all day! Whalers Village, the WESTIN Hotel, and other hotels are also connected by beach walk.
The hotel has a large restaurant. The garden is always well-maintained, and you can spend the day reading on the beach bed.
The hotel staff are friendly!!
